You’ve heard the expression, “time flies” haven’t you? We live in such a fast paced world, we barely have time to take in what has just happened, before we are moving on to “the next best thing”. Even the next “fire to put out”.
I have noticed this in my own life and just wondered why my life had to be going so fast. Why couldn’t I live quietly with purpose? Make choices that suit me in a much slower way? This is how “Life’s Quiet Calling” came to be. My life is a journey. It’s not perfect and I’m OK with that. What I can tell you is that it’s better than it was. I’m the 60 something woman in the picture here. Looking back, I’ve always had introverted qualities but early on, I was really too busy to notice it. I’m single and never married. I have a cat named Hoppy who found me on my doorstep :o) I’ve been living alone for many years now. It’s just been in the past decade or so, I’m living quietly on purpose.
